Four miles might not sound like much—but when your daily average hovers around 1.8 and your default mode is “sitting at a desk,” it feels like a small victory.
I’m not training for a marathon. I’m just trying to move more, look around, and notice things.
Today’s walk gave me that. A bit of exercise, a clearer head—and a few photos. Are they world-class images? No. But that’s not the point. They’re records of what caught my eye. Visual notes of the things I passed by, noticed, or stopped to appreciate.
For me, getting away from the desk and out of the car can be the most important part of photography.
Don't they say the best photography gear are a good pair of boots? 😉
Walking walking walking. It clears the head so you can be open to new visions. A freshly made photo is the cherry on top of the ice cream. 🍒
