Lately I’ve been experimenting with long exposure/motion blur and then this weekend our family dog had a friend come over for a visit and I wanted to try to capture them doing something other than sleeping on the couch. These two things came together. Here are the results:

Absolutely love these shots,Josh. You just reminded me of something similar I did with my in-laws' dog some time ago. I'll share it this weekend, thanks for the inspiration!
I like this very much! When I've used slow shutter or ICM to achieve blur like this, I've found that curve adjustments in Photoshop or LR can help emphasize the lines of blur. Sometimes a soft blur is what I want and I don't touch it. For more detailed blurs, adjusting curves goes a long way.
